Refund Policy

Review Fish Voice's seven-day eligibility test, unused-feature condition, exclusions, submission details, payment return timing, and cancellation rules.
Jan 7, 2026

Fish Voice evaluates refund requests under the two-part eligibility test and exclusions below. This policy also explains how to submit a request, what approval changes, and why canceling a subscription is different from refunding an earlier charge.

Quick Decision Guide

Check the date and account usage first. A request must concern the initial purchase or first subscription charge, arrive inside the stated window, and involve an account whose paid features remain substantially unused. Meeting those points allows review; it does not guarantee approval.

Sending a Request

Email support@fishvoices.com from or about the affected account. Include the account email and, if available, the order or receipt ID. You may add a brief reason, but it is optional.

This information lets support connect the request to the correct transaction without requiring unnecessary payment details.

Conditions for Eligibility

A request may qualify only when both conditions below are satisfied:

  • You submit it within 7 days of the initial purchase or first subscription charge.
  • Paid features on the account remain substantially unused.

Fish Voice reviews both conditions alongside the exclusions. Eligibility for review is not the same as an automatic refund.

Requests That Are Generally Excluded

Refunds are generally unavailable for:

  • Accounts showing significant paid usage, such as high credit consumption or substantial generation volume.
  • Subscription renewals requested after the 7-day window.
  • One-time credit pack purchases, unless required by law.
  • Accounts that violate our Terms of Service or abuse refund mechanisms.

These exclusions protect consumed service value and the integrity of the review process while leaving mandatory legal rights intact.

After Approval

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. Bank or card-issuer processing usually takes 5-10 business days.

The receiving institution controls the time between Fish Voice issuing the return and it appearing on a statement.

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel a subscription anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents later renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Users who only want to prevent the next charge should cancel before renewal; a separate refund request is needed for a charge already made.

Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact support first when a billing issue occurs so we can try to resolve it. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to account restrictions while the matter is reviewed.

Provide the account and transaction context described above so support can investigate the underlying purchase.

Rights Preserved by Law

Nothing in this policy reduces mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
