Content and Ownership

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, users retain the rights they already hold in lawful prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. Fish Voice and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, models, documentation, and brand.

To operate the service, you grant Fish Voice a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving it.

That operational license does not supply missing rights or permission. You remain responsible for having authority to submit source material and use resulting audio.

Charges, Credits, and Renewals

When you purchase credits or a subscription, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Credits are non-transferable unless required by law.

Consumption can vary by the chosen model or workflow. Refund eligibility is controlled by the Refund Policy, not merely by cancellation of future renewal.

Availability and Product Changes

Fish Voice may change, suspend, or discontinue a model, feature, or other portion of the service at any time, including when needed for security, reliability, or legal compliance.

The Service

Fish Voice supplies AI-powered voice tools and related creator-audio workflows. Available features, models, service availability, and limits may change over time.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled in connection with the service.

Account and workflow use therefore remains subject to the information practices explained in that policy.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fish Voice disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability Limit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fish Voice and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption resulting from use of the service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fish Voice, its affiliates, and their personnel against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your service use or breach of these Terms.

This obligation concerns claims connected to the user's conduct or failure to comply with the agreement.

Suspension or Termination

Fish Voice may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably identifies misuse, a security risk, legal exposure, or a material violation of these Terms.

Governing Rules

The applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established govern these Terms, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
