Privacy Policy

Understand the account, activity, device, billing, and voice-workflow information involved in Fish Voice and the controls governing its use.
Oct 24, 2025

Fish Voice needs certain information to provide accounts and voice workflows. This policy identifies that information, the operational reasons for handling it, the limited circumstances in which it is shared, and the contact route for privacy questions.

Policy at a Glance

We use information to deliver and secure the service, administer purchases, support users, improve reliability, and comply with obligations. We do not sell personal information. Retention is tied to those purposes or a longer legal requirement, and data may be processed outside a user's country with appropriate safeguards where required.

Data Involved in the Service

The service may handle six groups of information:

  1. Account information. This includes name, email address, login identifiers, and profile information supplied during account use. It supports registration, authentication, account administration, and support.
  2. Usage events. Feature choices, interactions, settings, generation activity, and timestamps help operate and troubleshoot the product, understand usage, improve quality, and respond to abuse.
  3. Device and network details. Records may include IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and related diagnostics used for compatibility, performance, security, and fault investigation.
  4. Cookies and comparable storage. Session, preference, and analytics information can maintain a login, remember selections, and show how the experience performs.
  5. Purchase information. Payment status, transaction identifiers, billing metadata, and subscription state may be received for payment processing, invoices, financial records, and fraud prevention.
  6. Voice-workflow material. Fish Voice processes scripts, prompts, voice direction notes, uploaded audio or transcript assets, and generated outputs to perform requested generation, provide history, and keep the workflow reliable.

Purposes for Processing

Information is used to provide and maintain Fish Voice; authenticate and support accounts; process purchases, subscriptions, and credits; operate and improve product or model workflows; monitor security and reliability; prevent or investigate fraud and misuse; enforce the Terms of Service; and satisfy legal duties.

The type of information used should correspond to the task. For example, a transaction identifier assists a billing investigation, while a generation record may be needed to diagnose a failed voice workflow.

Retention and Protection

Information is kept only for as long as the purposes above require, except when a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed by any system.

Retention needs can differ between account, transaction, security, and generation records. When a record no longer serves its applicable purpose and no longer must be kept, it can be removed or otherwise handled under the service's retention process.

When Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when necessary for these purposes:

  • Infrastructure, payment, and other service providers may process information for us under contractual safeguards.
  • Information may be disclosed to meet a legal obligation, lawful request, or regulatory requirement.
  • We may share information when needed to protect the rights, security, or integrity of Fish Voice, its users, or the public.

These categories describe the reason for sharing; they do not grant an outside party an unrestricted right to use the information for unrelated purposes.

Processing Across Borders

Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. Where cross-border processing requires safeguards, we implement the appropriate measures.

Service infrastructure and providers may therefore be located under laws different from those in the user's location.
